Ingredients
(2 servings)
- Shirataki: 300 g
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Bell peppers: approximately 90 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves (sliced)
- Anchovy paste: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper: 2 dashes
Instructions
- Wash shirataki well and drain water. Then cut it into bite-size lengths. Put them in a plastic bag with sugar and rub the shirataki well. When the excess water comes out, wash them and drain the water again.
- Cut bell peppers into bite-size lengths.
- Put olive oil in a frying pan. Add sliced garlic and anchovy paste. Heat the pan over low heat.
- Turn the heat to medium-high heat. Then add shirataki and bell peppers.
- When the bell peppers are cooked, add soy sauce and black pepper.
- Serve them on a plate. Now your Shirataki pepperoncino is ready.
