Shirataki Pepperoncino (白滝のペペロンチーノ)

 The biggest portion and the least calories. Good for your diet!

Ingredients

(2 servings)

  • Shirataki: 300 g
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Bell peppers: approximately 90 g
  • Garlic: 2 cloves (sliced)
  • Anchovy paste: 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper: 2 dashes

Instructions

  1. Wash shirataki well and drain water. Then cut it into bite-size lengths. Put them in a plastic bag with sugar and rub the shirataki well. When the excess water comes out, wash them and drain the water again.
  2. Cut bell peppers into bite-size lengths.
  3. Put olive oil in a frying pan. Add sliced garlic and anchovy paste. Heat the pan over low heat.
  4. Turn the heat to medium-high heat. Then add shirataki and bell peppers.
  5. When the bell peppers are cooked, add soy sauce and black pepper.
  6. Serve them on a plate. Now your Shirataki pepperoncino is ready.
